What's the latest time I can place an order by ?

When it comes to placing your order all orders made Monday - Friday will be packaged and shipped the following business day, excluding public holidays.

How much does shipping cost ?

Shipping costs are based on the total number of items in your cart, each item has it's own individual shipping cost and to determine how much your desired items will cost, add them to the cart, proceed to checkout and the shipping total will be added to your final amount.

Can you ship to my country ?

Sure, shipping out to other countries isn't a problem but please also remember that from country to country different charge costs may apply which would be payable by yourself.

How do you ship orders ?

For orders that are made for a UK delivery address, these are shipped using Royal Mail UK 1st Class Signed for, orders placed for delivery outside of the UK are shipped using Royal Mails Airsure service.

How long will my order take to arrive ?

For orders being shipped to a UK address please allow up to 3 working days from your order date for your package to arrive, countries outside the UK please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive, the shipping methods used to ship your order will allow you to also track your order along its journey.

Can I amend my order ?

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately your not able to change it, however you can ask for a refund and reorder, the sooner you do this the more chance there will be of meeting your request.
